it does need a spacer. it sits flush in the front with about a half inch sunken in the rear. however, i'll look into the vinyl. im doing a carbon fiber deck spoiler and carbon fiber lip however... originally i was gonna paint the roof glooooossssss black, but maybe if i vinyl it they have some sort of carbon fiberish film i can use? that might look a little tacky though eh?

to answer that pretty quickly, yes yes and no

i would also recommend doing vinyl considering the fact that if you do not like it or grow tired of it you can simply have it removed and thats the end of it, and your not stuck with a crappy black paint job if the place screws it up

i am not sure if they use anything to prep the roof before you put that on but i would definetly recommend using a clay bar and some quality wax so that clay bar removes any bumps that might show thru or be felt thru the vinyl and a wax so that it essenttially protects the paint while its down under the vinyl for god knows how long

i thought about it some more. im gonna vinyl the roof, but deffinately in black. i was thinking C/F but then i thought how about if the pattern is opposite or real fake looking, so fuck that.

I didn't know AMG made a wheel like that. I've got a pair of Lorinser hubcentric spacers if you're interested. I forget the thickness.

They're AMG's. I checked in with the Maitland dealership and those were offered as an upgrade for the CLK55 AMG cars 2003-2005.

I should have my C/F lip on within a week!
