That's a nice car. I was waiting forever for the 3 door A3 to come out and it's nice. Now if they'll only bring over a 3 door 1-Series and drop the new M3's V8 into it.

its got a version of the 2.0t fsi pushing 250hp stock... probably a bigger turbo than the GTI/GLI/A4/A3 get.

That would be awesome if it makes it to the states, but I'm not optimistic. Hell, even just the 3-door A3 would be nice to get.

Fast-autos.net says 265 HP from the 2.0 FSI. Nice numbers for a light little car.

Yeah, that’s what I wanted instead of my car: the 3-door A3. But, due to the American mind-set / marketplace and the GTI, there is no way they are going to bring the car over Stateside. :banghead:

looks good...but the engine power seems weak for a "S" version!!??
I mean, a chipped A3 can easily achieve those numbers.

i guess its b/c they want to keep a significant difference in power between the s3 (265hp) and the s4(340), since there is a significant difference in price :)

if they brought this over, i'd pick it up. i'm an audi fanatic!
