i don't think too many people in Sarasota drive vw's. you may be s.o.l. but your local autoparts store should have one for pretty cheap. unless you were shooting more towards free... sry.... :frown:

Cophers u-pull it had two or three last week when I was there.I think they are open till 7:00 tonight

turns out it wasnt that, its either the ignition control mod or the ecu i dont care how much it cost i just dont want to have to wait until tuesday

is it throwing a code? if so what code?

or could it just be bad spark plugs (or mis-gapped)?

its nothing so simple I've rebuilt the motor with my bare hands, its one of the two things listed above

well im just saying it could be something stupid... like when we were in homestead and the fuel pump was leaking because the gasket had somehow gotten folded when it was put back together.... it would be nice if it was something stupid like that at least

is it getting fuel and spark?? may just be the timing
