Sarasota Shops?

Hey guys.

I just bought an old bimmer (633CSi) and would love to know what shops you all use in the Sarasota area. The car is in pretty good shape, minus a few electrical problems I need to have taken care of. Plus if anything else comes up in the future, knowing some of these places would definitely come in handy.

Yup. I called up the shop and spoke to Shawn. He's a nice guy and seems really helpful, I appreciate the tip. Hopefully I'll bring the car up there soon to take care of whatever little gremlin's I've got.

I can recommend Autowerks on 301, they specialize in BMW and MB, plus other european cars. I currently have my car there getting some work done. They not only do an extremely thorough job fixing problems, but also found some things that were about to become big $$$ problems. Not the cheapest, but the owner is a cool guy and he stands behind his work. Also, the head mechanic there is big into racing his BMWs, so they can appreciate "enthusiastic" driving.
