anyone know of a GTI crew going to Key West?

I live in the florida keys (Marathon which is the middle keys) I wasnt near my car but saw atleast 10 new model and a few older Gtis drive by and a B7 Audi as well. I figure they had to be driving down to Key West. Does anyone know about this? Thinking about cruising down since it is 1 hour south of me. Im gonna go check vwvortex to find some answers.
