Ok guys who wants to go with me and Jeff!? We are all invited! Looks like a damn good time. Who wants to get a hotel?


Okay guys.. here it is… I found a great drive and spot to park after the drive.
Itinerary:
We all meet up at the St. Johns town center (Parking lot behind Dicks Sporting Goods in front of the big Hotel)
12:00 noon - We then eat lunch at Maggiano’s for those of use who choose to eat there.. you can opt out if you like if you can meet us back at the cars to line up after lunch.
2:00pm - We line up at the St. Johns town center to do the drive… First car will be me and the last car will be one of you with a good camera and a means to upload your photos either to my server or host them online so I can create an M3 page on my website to show our meet off online.
2:30pm - We drive to Talbot Island State Park… this drive will consist of getting onto 9A and driving across the dames point bridge then exiting onto Heckscher Dr… we head off for a 16 mile drive to the park. Please note that there is only one gas station which is at this Hechscher Dr. exit and will not be one for another 20 or more miles. Just a side note because some M3’s can drink a lot of gas in short amount of time. Just something to be mindful of if you want to make your trip back without walking.. ha ha. WE will stop on a long bridge and pull over to the right on the shoulder and then take some quick photos… PLEASE look out for traffic passing by so your door will not get ripped off if you are one of the ones getting out of your car to take photos… also if you have a passenger they will not be able to get out of the car due to the barrier on the right side unless you want your door dinged up. Here is a shot I took today with my wife on the bridge, just imagine this photo at day time with several M3’s lined up and different angles…

3:15pm est. - We will enter the park and drive a couple miles to the end of it and park and feel free to mingle and/or walk to the beach area as it is pretty much an island. Admission Fees for entering the park: $4.00 per vehicle (up to 8 passengers). Single Car Occupant: $3.00 so bring a few bucks cash! We can stay for a few hours as the park closes at sunset (8:30pm).
WHENEVER - Then whoever wants too can head back to St. Johns Town Center can and meet up for our farewells and choose to head back home whenever.

Sorry for the long write up guys… but it is what it is and this is it. Its gonna be FUN and we will have some sweet pictures!!! Can't wait!

Last time i got pulled for speeding 70 in 55 construction sunday morning 8am heading to clermont for a cruise, got off on the speed fine, and got a illegal exhaust tik for my stromung, and not having my license on me. 14$ in fines.

I'd like to...There a several Motel 6 around Jacksonville and they charge about $40/night/grown up. I just have to figure out which of these hotels is the closest to this park we're going to hang out....

Assholes, people lately can't drive, so many people swerve into my lane ontop of me and push me into the shoulder before they realize I'm there....

I will think about it... I'd rather ride along and relax and take pics and video than have to drive and worry about keeping up with you so I don't get lost... gps navigation FTW!

M5Beast if you do get a ticket just take driver school and it doesnt affect your insurance(unless u already have had a ticket in the last 12 mos) and it doesnt put points on your record. Found out the hard way unfourtunately...

There are some people *cough* Kevlar *cough* who try to "teach them a lesson" by tailing them in the left lane, flashing em, and showing the blinker....... People are STUPID! They dont get it or else they wouldnt coast in the left lane in the first place! If they're backing up all the lanes because of this I totally understand, but its when you can pass in another lane and decide to tail them thats annoying...

I just ordered a new front wheel for mine. I guess mine is twisted at the hub :(. I bought some wheel insurance when I bought me car but they are denying it cause it hold air still. So at least I can claim the tire. I can not drive mine more than around town.
