It appears to have ITB's, meaning it's either an S50B30, S50B32, or S54B32.
Pretty sick Mini there. Also, yeah, the bumper looks straight off of an E46 M3.

did I ever post the pics of the crazy mini over at the dupont showroom like 2 years ago? Jack was with me, he sat and played GT4 while we were trying to move stuff around and reposition a gallardo... haha
it had a crazy dragon and other shit airbrushed on it. I don't have the picture anymore though, it was on my old phone. I think they said it was a $15,000 custom job.
