to the Sarasota/Bradenton area this weekend, curious to know what the meet nights and spots are. I noticed a thread mentioning University which is pretty close, Im off of Cortez, any others?

Janelle and I are moving off 64 in July, not the greatest (Euro) meets down there. There is a good everything meet once every two weeks called "After Hours." If you have myspace, search that name and you will find all the info on it!

Yup, moved in Jan, I'm off of Cortez toward Anna Maria :)

I've definetly seen my fair share of Dubs in this area...plenty of GTI's and a few old schoolers (I've seen a bus locally a few times now).

...i should also be able to make it out to the occasional Sat. night Bealls meet near Clark Road and I-75 as well. i'm not out there often, but i try to make it when i can. i look forward to seeing that Nogaro S4 one of these days ;).

94JZA80...I feel awful that I am somewhat "false advertising", but I no longer have the Nogaro, been a Jetta weirdo since I sold it, have an 08 GLI now. I'm so far inland that Clark isn't right down the street for me, so I dont usually make it to the meets. Maybe you Shawn and I can meet up one night, I already know how hot his ride is....would love to see yours (yes "I'm a Supra Freak") :bow: haha

LOL that's ok - i have quite a few VW buddies too ;). and now that Shawn is moving to S.R.64 (and since you now live up near Cortez), we can meet up sometime at the north end of sarasota/south end of bradenton. heck, we could even meet up once in a while at the local drag strip since its not too far from any of us. maybe we can organize a local FG beach day on Siesta in the near future as well :D.
