i dont think so i think i would have noticed a s4 blow by me, and i wasnt in pasco recently

Yea, after closer inspection, the car I saw had different wheels.

HP/Torque?

I was thinking of those exact mods. But I'm moving to a state with emissions :(

So I'm just putting a downpipe with high flow cat instead of full exhaust with testpipe and everything which would get rusted in the snow. And I am holding off on the chip until next summer
