Hey guys, I have a labtop And for some reasond every time I start it the thing freezes on me . I have had this labtop for 2 years never had a problem and it just started being gay. If eny one could tell me or know alot about computers please let me know.

Need more info than just...freezing.

About 20 billion different things could cause freezing.


My vote? Probably overheating.

does it still freeze right away even if it has been sitting unused for a while? if so, that may rule out overheating... you couldve downloaded a virus which would mean you need to wipe the whole computer

all i know is when i hit this site up with my pda, LD's signature kills the damned thing.
your sig = FTL

but yea, there could be a billion things wrong with it. all i do is work on laptops here at work. what model is it? if its an IBM t21 or like it, its most likely overheating from a failed cooling fan. if its a dell, it could be a bad sector on the HD. try running disk check

U gotta press f3 and look through your tool kit, then select pass to friend... :lol:
