Sup fellas! Figured I'd introduce myself. I am Patrick, I'm another from Orlando and cfbmw.org. Got my E36 M3 about 2.5 years ago and lovin it. Before that was/is my 1991 GTI, a nice little 2.0l 16v with toooo much money put into it. Grew up with german cars in the garage, there's always been an E30 M3 in the garage since 1988, and a GTI of some sort since I was born. I eat, breathe, and occasionally bleed motorsports and street tuning.

the GTI was my first car i got when i was 16...i drove it until 2.5 years ago when I got the M3. It's back at my parents house in the garage until I get it running again. Here's a really old pic of it:

thedarkside drives a e46 m3, but is clutch is gone so hes been driving his dads Mdc (acura suv) he says its still a M hahaha

my dad and I also rebuilt a black e30, there's no telling whose backyard its in now though, unfortunately. I'm glad you guys held on to yours though!!! It looks awesome!!!
And by the way, the dakar yellow looks great.......
BUT........
Its DEFINATELY NOT the new black. Black will always be black, and yellow will always be yellow! As in "you yellow-bellied pig!", and other classics like, "what are you yellow???", and my personal favorite, "you won't do that, cuz you're yellow!!!"
but its all good!

seriously though my bro is the vw tuning master lol

i need a new ECU for it, then I should be able to get it running. there are other misc. stuff wrong with it...i need to replace a rear coilover, passenger window regulator and door handle...little stuff. just haven't had the motivation to get it done lately.

if you could help me find a cheap ECU for it that'd be great! it's a 1991 2.0 16v

the shop got the E30 started! ha...after sitting for 4 years, all it needed was a new tank of gas and some spark plugs. let's the fun begin! my dad is compiling the final list for the monster motor :alright:
