hello.. my name's troy.. i'm here because i have a problem.. i drive a german car, and i have to deal with its bitchyness 99% of the time, which has caused me to hate germans in their entirety. this means i hate half of myself and its germanness. some possible reasons for my hate may come from the sagging headliners and gloveboxes or door panels falling off or radiators exploding or shocks blowing out or the special tools necessary and hoops which must be jumped through to fix all the problems.. it never ends. yet somehow when i jump in and take a few corners i forget about all the bitchery and remember why i drive it.. i guess quality bitches are just high maintenance :dunno:

mods? well i removed the black muck that was in the motor from the jellyfied coolant. replaced the head gasket. replaced melted coil and fried computer. now i'm working on getting the shocks/struts replaced.. oh i also removed the bottle caps and put 19" wheels on, which are entirely too large so i'm going to go back to the bottle caps.. so i guess nothing really modded no.. just been tryin to keep it working

So what is the story with the sig?
not much.. i just hate having to fix all the problems it has. I was debating using either that or a money pit sig
dude 19's wayyyyy to big for an e36 18's max or slamed on 17's ideal

unfortunately that nice 3" lip only comes on the 18's but i'd rather have 17's i think.. the 17's are only like 1.25"

yea the thing is the clear coat is chipping off terribly especially on the front quarterpanels next to the hood.. i need an entire paintjob. ive got m3 sideskirts but not sure if i want to use them.. it seems they are lacking the jackholes the regular e36 has.

btw do you have heated seats? and a LSD? how about tilt steering?
prophecy
06-19-2006, 06:21 PM
no heated seats.. car's always been in FL. no LSD.. one wheel spins the opposite way when i spin the other one. tilt steering? not sure what that is
i do have an lsd sitting in the garage though.. my friend got it off ebay but the guy wasnt sure what it came from. he mentioned a 5 series but i dunno. any way to tell what it is ? i looked up the numbers on it but found nothing
