Well i hit a racoon driving down 301 a few weeks ago and i finally got my insurance check. All of my parts came in on monday. I painted and finished installing them Thursday. Here is the list.
new M3 front bumper
new Mtech door moldings
new M3 twist side skirts
used DJ auto headlamps
retrofit HID kit
new fenderliners
new brake ducts
new shark fins
new fog light deletes
new bumper moldings
new door handles

new M3 bumper lip
new e46 330i sport premium alacantra shift boot

I'm going to do a proper photoshoot with my own camera over the weekend. These were snapped really quick at work. Let me know what you think!

Thanks alot Jcapelo, those headlights were awesome.

I didnt run the fogs because im running xenon's and ive gone through like 3 sets of fogs with my past e36's. Plus i think it looks nice without them.

The 335i shift knob fits perfect. Only downfall is it's a 6spd shift knob, i tried swapping the center decal for a M3 5spd one, but they oval shape is slightly different.

Sounds like you got quite the deal from the insurance company:highfive:

I had something like that when my dad got rear ended in my car. Insurance gave us like 3500 to fix it, and all that really needed to get fixed was the bumper shocks, which were like 35 on eBay. So we got a new front valance, painted the whole car, turbo rear valance, Bursch exhaust....

nice car BTW

Your car looks great M52 power! I've always loved silver E36's. I'm still debating on the rear bumper.
