Kentucky more than likely. My wife has family there and what theyre asking for land is ridiculous. You can get a 3000 sqft house on 10 acres for $200K

my brothers taking it a step further and moving out of the US lol... almost 45 acres on oceanfront property at the base of a volcano with a lakebed ....25 grand...

I think it depends on what part you move to. My wife's parents and 2 uncles live there and they love it. Trust me, I'm very on the fence on this one. Two months ago I told my wife there's no f-ing way I'm leaving FL.
