I remember the OLD VW meets over there at waterford - they died out quick. BRING THEM BACK! UGh, I wish we had something similar to the tampa scene. I hate tampa, however those guys know how to throw a VW meet!

SummerBaesh is coming up in orlando soon, it is hosted by cfbmw.org and its mostly all bmw's, but everyone is still welcomed to come and hang out.

It should be a pretty huge event.

The UCF Car Club meets every wednesday at garage D (The one next to the towers) on the 4th floor around 9:30. Its a pretty chill group if you want to come out.

ECCO meets at waterford on Thursdays, Blitzkrieg meets at Beepers and Phones on 50 and maguire on Saturdays, and someplace during the midweek. Personally I prefer the CFBMW meets, but thats just me.

our meets are every Wednesday and Saturday, and sometimes in between but definitely on Wed & Sat

we post them at the meets n events section on cfbmw.org every week

they are not in the same location every week ...so keep your eyes peeled...and join in on the madness!

we've met all over orlando, from a franchise grill in kississmmee, papa joes in altamonte, cheeburger in waterford, peiwei / jasons deli near fashion sq mall, shanes bbq / 5 guys in altamonte, corona cigar on sand lake, and the list goes on

I'm usually there every week. I'm headed there in a few hours for tonights meet. Would be badass to get some more german cars up there, as opposed to the Japanese rice and the American cars.

Last nights meet was actually really good, we filled up like 1/2 the top floor. There were like 10 VW Golfs that rolled in all the time with a couple of Jetta's. Its was pretty awesome.

The representation from CFLMkV was pretty strong. There was even a new blue R32 that showed up :). I think I am going to start going more often. The parking garage makes for an interesting environment as well.

We got bored at Winter Park Village and thought we'd head over to UCF and see if there was anyone hanging out with school being back in session.

It was classic when we were rolling in through all the frats and sororities. One of our guys said as they were driving buy this guy said to his buddy, "What the hell is going on? It must be like a fucking Ford Focus club or something." I found that kinda funny. But it was a pretty good turnout.

I'm sure we'll be by there once in awhile. Hope to see you again. Look for a Black MKV GTI with a roof rack. That's me.

I'll pass the word along. Only thing is I'm about 25-30 minutes from the UCF area and I work at 6am on Thursdays.:banghead: This morning was rough. I don't think we left UCF until 11:30 or so after taking some pics in the new parking lot.

I don't know if you saw, but I was one of the two VW's who showed up about 5 minutes late. I had some clearance issues with the bike on my roof rack:mad:. The first clearance bar said 8'2". No problem. I just assumed it was 8'2" for the whole garage. But that's just for the first level. I smashed the shit out of the 7'0" bar. Didn't even see it or look for it. Bent my handle bars and bar ends. All things considered I was lucky I guess. Could have done a lot more damage.

I didn't see the 944 there. Granted I was out of it cause of what happened to my bike...
