thrusday night had to drive down to ft.lauderdale to attend this month`s drill at the Army National Guard in Ft.Lauderdale, well on my way my front passanger tire got fucked and and then the spare tire decided to do the same thing. got stuck on alligator alley for about 4 hrs. dint get to ft.lauderdale until 1 am, and had to wake up at 4 am to go to that drill bullshit. here are some pics of what happened on my way there and some pics of what i did dureing the weekend. we left the car there over night, and my girlfriend and her dad went back the next day after getting a new tire and changed it. i couldnt do it myself, becasue my hands were busy doing something else, as you can see.

hmm.....well i think spares recommend to not go over 35 or so usually, but ive seen them hit much higher numbers and be fine... thats just some less than stellar luck i guess

^^^the M4s are beautiful, but we are stuck with that. supposevely M4s are going to be regular issue weapons int he army since is easier to manouver through tight spaces, rather the that long ass M16A2 rifle.

Half of it for me is the fact that it is modular. Add an aimpoint or eotech and the gun is a lot more easy and fun to shoot. Attach a nightvision monocular behind the holographic sight and you are all set -- it is a shame all of you guys don't have this equipment right now.

The big yellow sticker on the wheel that says "50" means you shouldn't go any faster than that. FYI...

It depends on the tire... but the little donuts need to be properly inflated in order to be functional...

Everyone take note! Check your spare tire pressure if you carry one!

yea... i filled up one of my teachers spares at the last autox (yeah he autoxs lol) and then like 2 days later had a tire go flat.... definitely was good to have the spare ready then

A similar thing happened to me returning from Orlando. I had to wait 2.5 hrs on the Turnpike for tires. I feel your pain.

^^^yes its only once a month that we meet at the unit you were assigned to. my unit is in Ft.lauderale, why? because i used to live there before. i dont wanna change to one here in tampa becasue i only have one more year left and i like going down to that area. every year we still have to qualify with the M16A2 rifle, which is the one in the pics.
