I actually have some family up near Panama City beach, so I may be checking this section out if i ever head up that way.

PCB IMO is wayy overrated. the city is killing spring breakers and making condos out the ying yang. the beach is getting cleaned up ALOT and finally making it good. supposedly their going end spring break for good. its worse every year here. but on the good side we get a badass beach thats clean

because most if not all spring breakers come and trash the beaches. i.e. when mtv came down PCB use to have the worse traffic. that wasnt the problem. mtv trashed it so bad they banned them from pcb. and now they want to flee away spring breakers. its better for local people i guess.

on the beach side the vlaue of homes are getting really high. there making a new mall on the beach and a international airport. but ya the of homes are gettin $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ last year was a great time to buy an sell.

PCB is not that great, it's like 5 years behind south FL, lol. South Florida is soo much better than here. Winter is sooo boring its cold and no one at all is here, summer is alright. Just there is not a BMW dealership near PC well about a hour away, sucks driving to get parts and get my car worked on, this place is land of the rednecks.

I did notice that. The beach appears all glamorous but the whole city seems like it should be the outskirts :dunno:

well it was me and two others from Bimmerforums.com, but I can't now cause I have to work this weekend now.

I think there's something going on the 24th or 25th in tallahassee with a bunch of bmw's, so hopefully I can make that one

i was there on spring break this year haha
went on a road trip
went to La Vela and Spinnakers allot
