I heard of this site through CFBMW.. Been a member of them over a year, though recently I have moved out of the Central Florida Area and now am in Gainesville.. Glad to see there is a portion seperated for us Gville folks, even if nobody has posted..
I have already met another enthusiast in town and we are wanting to start something out here that has meets set up and I might just suggest this site being our means of doing so.. We will help you guys grow!
My sig shows what I've driven (currently E28) and the cars are obviously not as well up to date with all of the other newer BMW's sigs I've seen on this site.. I was wondering if there are many other Vintage Bimmer owners on here? Basically any 80s model or older.. 2002's, E12's, E21's, E23's, E24's, E28's, E30's.. or older?
Looking forward to being an active member of this site, hope this is as good as I want..
Time for you to welcome me now... :lurk:

I'll be at the meet June 24th.. so if the cards are done by than I'd appreciate them..
I'm studying Advertising.. not that I know anything yet.. but I'd like to help any way I can.. make me feel like I am working toward my major or something.. lol.. Would this site benifit from any sponsors or anything of that sort? I wouldn't mind doing some local field work.. I'll definately be spreading the word of the site..

Nice to see an older Bimmer on the forums. The E28 is my second favorite 5er style, right behind the E39. Welcome to FG!

The E39 is my close 2nd 5er as well.. If it weren't for me being a college student and not so lucky with the money, I would own one.. I plan on that being my next car, hopefully near or after graduation..
E24 is my all time favorite.. Dream car is either an '89 M6 or 635csi... flawless condition.. It will happen..

Welcome to the site! Your car looks great! My dad had an E28 528 when I was much younger. The E28's were fantastic cars.

Part of the reason of my college education is all about me having a large garage.. Large enough that I could fit my mint condition E24, and mint E28... I'd love a Euro M5.. And the third car would be the E39... Not a distant dream being that all of these cars are quite affordable.. The E39 would be the Daily driver.. I'd love to own a Porsche as well.. but don't know if that can actually happen.. I might have to throw a 318ti in there as well.. It'd be my track car.. Or just crazy driving vehicle.. I do know the wife would be parking in the yard.. Garage is MINE!!:shifty:
So many dreams... So many years away:banghead:
