european accident scenes look so much different than they do here. if that happened in the u.s. there'd be 10 emergency vehicles, at least.

I've seen that before with Carrera's. The engines, in serious accidents such as these, literally disappear. They end up being 50-100 feet away from the vehicle itself.
Even for such little cars, there actually pretty safe..

Racecars are designed to "fly" apart instead of focus all the energy of the crash on the ppl inside the car. Prolly the same thing prosche has done or they need some stronger bolts and motormounts. :dunno:

Funny thing is, Super Troopers was on tonight. I saw it on the TV Guide Channel and flipped over to it. Just so happened to catch it right before the Porsche scene.
