e39 exhaust recomend

hey guys i want to put an exhaust on my 530, anyone have a link to some or recomend any, but i dont feel like spending a grand on one. thanks

Only thing is that is because yours is a 6 cyl, it isnt going to sound like nicks eisenmann. Let me see if I can find some 530 clips.

i meant inline 6 my bad wow mr technical are you going to correct my spelling too, and im right v8 sounds better than a v6 most of the time,anyways nick had told me of a guy who had a 5 with a single pipe and that a type of ehaust , the guy put the main pipe into the ehaust then it had another pipe going to the other side from the exhaust to make it look like a dual ehaust and it was a functional working one, not just a pipe to look like yo have two

yea and there is many other co.s that make them or even get a custom made ss exhaust system, me personally wouldnt do it anymore the noise gets old after a while on a dd for a track car yes but on a dd it sounds more like rice :shrug:

try gutting the cats first that will give you a throatier sound not loud and give you a couple horses more and if it throws the CEL light google it there is ways around it and you still arent happy than eliminate the presilencers and go from there

It basically tells the computer nothing instead of telling the computer "OMGZ GASOLIIINE IN THE AIR YO!"ld again you are wrong :chair: its called a resistor and yes you can get it at radioshack it goes on the signal wire to lower the signal so the ecu sees 2 different signals like if it had a cat it doesnt just cut off the signal,if the ecu sees the same signal on both o2 sensors it trips off the CEL or if it gets no signal from either one as well.
there are several other methods as well.
