whoa.. did you read the dyno link thing? thye said they consistently hit 285 hp, peaked at 287 a few times and one time got 299 whel horsepower! its supposed to be 300 crank...that is freakin crazy!

I drove a 6spd this weekend and it was fast, i got to 120 pretty quickly and smoothly. Didnt even know i was going that fast:)

ya that is the revised Dyno sheet... the first edition people started questioning and calling :bs: on bc they dont think that BMW has the balls to be able to pull it off. So Automobile Magazine showed the whole Dyno sheet and people have kept their mouths shut ever since...

1st year production cars always have problems..
take bmw for example
E46 M3's engine's had some serious issues..
1st year 7 series, new models, had messed up idrive etc problems. I remember the old vista dealership having protestor's out front protesting BMW, 7 series's, and vista.. Everyday on the way to and from school I used to lay on the horn as I passed them.. They were out there for weeks.

And that's just BMW alone, every other car maker has that same issue time and time again with some vehicles..

Error...no...That was the vanos lines exploding, transmission failures are another problem. :lol:
