Ok well I put my new wheels on yesterday and I sold it today....
So what should i get next....Im thinking a e46 325 or 330 coupe..
Or possibly a e36 m3...or the e36 turbo 325 i was looking at..
My price range is 10-15k maybee a little more..
Im open to other options like another 325 or 328 and a clean e30 or something..:dunno:
Im gonna miss that car  ....Time for bigger and better things:rofl:

I sold it for 7grand...93 325is with a 149k miles...
I doubt he will join FG....But if he does thats cool, He knows how i drive my car, I took him for a testdrive....sideways and all, also topped it out over gandy for him...and i showed him some videos hahaha.

I love the old 6 series. Jeff hates them. I was surprised when I looked up how heavy they were though. Jeff, you know how I feel! ;)

I can't believe you sold it! I didn't even get to see it in person with the new rims. Congrats though. I think you should get an E36 M3. You need a faster car so you can beat me...j/k. I'm voting for this M3 :D Good luck.

Jeff id go with an E36 M3. i have a buddy up here that has an L6 (1987 635CSi with Buffalo hide) and he had to drop 30k into it just to keep it running and looking as good as it is... i was reading about the 6ers and they can potentially cost a lot to fix even though they are cheap as hell to buy. outside of the E36 M3 id go with an E28 or E34 M5

95 means no obd2 which i think is wonderful plus its got manual black vaders , big thumbs up there and its clean as hell...alpine white with black interior is sex:thumbu: i vote for that m3

09-22-2006, 08:21 PM
The E28 is asking way too much.. Just a really pretty car.. Not an M535 so it's not worth $12.5k.. The 6 is no longer for sale..
I suggest an E30 M3 http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=206759726&dealer_id=58222862&car_year=1989&mod_bookmark_id=null&search_type=both&num_records=25&make=BMW&distance=300&model=M3&address=32608&certified=&advanced=&max_price=15000&bkms=1158974063512&min_price=1&end_year=1993&start_year=1981&lang=en&cardist=261
This video should help you decide on the E30 M3: http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=6386278938406609507&q=bmw+chase&hl=en
E34 M5 is nice as well: http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=207071838&dealer_id=58244815&car_year=1991&mod_bookmark_id=null&search_type=both&num_records=25&make=BMW&distance=300&model=M5&address=32608&certified=&advanced=&max_price=15000&bkms=1158974063512&min_price=1&end_year=1993&start_year=1981&lang=en&cardist=286
Can't beat the E24 M6: http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=203629122&dealer_id=57986411&car_year=1988&mod_bookmark_id=null&search_type=both&num_records=25&make=BMW&distance=300&model=M6&address=32608&certified=&advanced=&max_price=15000&bkms=1158974063512&min_price=1&end_year=1993&start_year=1981&lang=en&cardist=65

ACS530I
09-22-2006, 09:45 PM
that m3 i posted they will pick you up from ft lauderdale airport, thats what 58 bucs if that to fly nonstop with southwest from tampa, its proboably the cleanest ive seen for the price even for prices above it its still clean i dont think the leather has much wear on it at all.

OB2 FTW .. plug your car into a scanner and bam .. it tells you whats wrong with the hoopty . makes working on them sooo much easier .. i wouldnt suggest anything pre obd2
anyways i say you get a audi coupe quattro , get that car for 4 grand .. gimme 10 grand and ill give you a 550 all wheel hp car . and nobody will suspect it ..http://www.cincidubs.com/~jdubya/pics/for_sale/Coupe/coupe3.JPG

i dont drive my n/a 944 much different than Jeff does, from what I've heard of his driving... i go out drifting all the time, autocrosses, nothings ever broken from them except the transmission... but mainly because of age...
really nice 944 turbo = $6000, spend the extra on anything ya want!

those wheels loook familiar  ...
and I want something a little newer....thats why im leaning towards a e46 or a newer e36...
If i get a old car i want it to be fast, and it would also have to be cheap enough that i can afford another car /truck for daily driving....
That white m3 does look really clean...but for a 95 the price is kinda high.:thanks:
Im gonna hit up the dealer auctions with my dad this week and see if i can find something

Show me where I can get a really nice 951 for $6k because all the ones that aren't in terrible condition that don't have 150k or so on the clock are like 12 grand that I've seen.

Ive been looking into FI on the M latley (not for a long time) but everyone is telling me not to buy a car thats FI after market unless you have a plenty of money to be willing to spend on it...
Aside from that Id look at E36 M3, E46 330
