I knew about the venue, but didn't know they hosted autox events.

karting is their best offering. unless there has been a drastic change, their autoX and road courses are littered with dangerously positioned electric poles

^ wut LD said.
the area they get to use for autox is extremely difficult to work with to create an interesting and challenging course. The guy who helps organize it, Steve, does the best he can with what he has. The only real positive i can mention is you do not have to do any course work.

It's plenty of fun, I've been to a few and not as scary as LD makes it seem. Helmet is required so bring one, I'll be there tomorrow. It's not the greatest but it beats paying to go autocross and still have to work the course.. Keep running until you feel bad for your car lol

You going to CFRC or running with another event/group? I ask because I'm going to the FAST event at Brooksville that same day.

It's with FAST. You'll have to make an account with myautoevents.com to sign up. If registration has expired, you may not be able to get in. You can always try emailing the registrar if that is the case.

Edit: just tried a new registration and it says online registration isn't available... so I would try contacting the FAST registrar via email and see if you can sneak onto the list. http://drivefast.org/
