All of my pictures after a certain time frame were blurry. I wasn't in too much of a photo mode. Maybe we should make a meet there for pictures.

I didn't think he was gonna go, I was just listening to his exhaust to see what my car sounds like, and then he went and I was in MDM in S5, so my shifts were much slower while he was chirping in his shifts... was stil fun, he also got a car length on me before I even pushed the accelerator.. was surprised after we got to like 75 80 it was fairly even no one was pulling substantially

You're right it's not illegal to snap a random picture.
However this is not a random situation, we were watching as a photographer took pictures for which he was hired. There is a contract in that situation, and we knew about it. So that doesn't make it random.
