Judging by the fact that the car is in there, whatever it is, a woman probably drove it in there. And since there is a woman on the phone, I'm guessing it's her. On the phone with her husband or b/f "Honey this like hole in the ground like OMG came out of nowhere... totally NOT my fault!"

And that appears to be a security guard walking away..
So I'm saying its real, doesn't look pshop'd at all.
