Wooo hey here's my positive rant, I JUST got my tracking number for my Rogue Engineering El Diablo exhaust I've been waiting over a MONTH over when it was supposed to come.....I'll be calling Bob to help install the biotch, and WOOO here it comes:alright: :boink: :alright:

im just curious but ive always wondered why these cars need to put the muffler right there sideways. Isn't it a bit restrictive having to go through all those turns? Is it the only possible place they could put it or is there another reason I don't know about..?

:confused:Pretty much yeah...there are a few exhausts that have 2 smaller mufflers, 1 faces stright but the other one is still sideways...that seems the only way to fit the exhaust in there:shrug:

For some wierd ass reason today a service engine soon light came on...I'm gunna reset and check the gas cap lol

Wierd, I went to the garage and just tinkered with my gas cap just in case, the car cooled down since the last time I drove it....started it up, no light whatsoever...I don't know, hopefully it doesn't come back lol.

The welds are soo hott...tips, well from top and side they look awesome but the resonated part of em looks a little wierd from the back....:shrug:

lookin good.. the bends are kinda weird i agree.. must be restrictive but maybe its the exact right amount of backpressure? but wouldnt there be more exhaust coming out of the right side than the left? i guess it wont matter unless you dont ever wash your car and get a black spot only on the bumper above the right side pipes

That is really how all of the E46 M exhausts are. The Dinon even has a dummy side

It sounds awesome, no droning at 73mph(crusing speed), and Rogue did their R and D when it came to this thing, they made each note come out a the perfect times IMO. My butt dyno says I got a few more horses, prolly just cuz I saved 26ish lbs.:think:
