View Full Version : Your chance to help out Dos Nombres (Roy)
I need a garage of some kind this weekend, to wash, wax and possibly claybar my car.
It needs to have some gunk crap (tar) removed from it. Then needs a nice waxing..
It's so dirty and the paint feels like crap.. Hasn't been waxed in over two months..
It'll take at least two hours. Washing, cleaning the paint, then waxing, and removal of the wax..
So, anyone in the area, Downtown Tampa area, willing to help me out?? Well not literally like help me wash and wax, but just offer a garage to keep the car outta the sun, and then a hose possibly??
If not downtown, that's fine, I'd just prefer somewhere close to me..
I'll do a free photoshoot of your car if you want!!

in excess and over time maybe.... but if your waxing over the area youll be fine...it will remove any gunk and strip the wax, clear coat wont be damaged. just put some on a towel and wipe the tar....cheack all the bottom panels and stuff then go around clay the whole car and wax it.

Well the stuff isn't that stuck on there. It can be easily removed.. Some of it came out while washing it very hard, but since there's so much of it, my arm would fall off from washing before it all came off. I just need a stronger substance to remove it..
The car just needs to be waxed badly.. After the rain today, water didn't bead up at all..
