I guess this fits in technical...
I need to borrow a drill that does between 3 and 4K rpm, for this pinstripe eraser pad.
Please let me know if you have one I can borrow, I'll pick it up and give you $5 or whatever.

a Dremel will easily reach that rpm, you can get them at any Sears or hardware store.

i have a dewalt electric (cord) drill and a dremel.. not sure if it will help let me know.. ive never measured either one of their rpm's

some dremels are just a standard on and off switch, but most of them you can adjust the rpm, for instance the one i have is adjustable from like 1k rpm to 5 or 6k rpm.

My Dremel only goes as low as 5K rpm, and I need one that can go in the 3K-4K range. Most drills specify their speed on an attached sticker.
