Price range 50-60k
She originally wanted a carrera, but thats too much...
I got her looking at BMW, and she loves the 650I convertible, but 78k is a bit too much...
She was at the BMW dealer today and said she loved the black M3 convertible they had, even more than the 650I which she was crazy over...
I suggested to her earlier that she should maybe go with a Cayman S, although now that I know that she likes the M3, I told her to wait till the new E90 M3 comes out and to test drive the Cayman S and the E90 M3 and see which she likes driving better...
I think I'd go with the M3 over the Cayman, if Porsche hadn't detuned the Cayman to make it slower than the Carrera, it woulda been an amazing car, but noooo.... It would cost more money after buying it to mod the Cayman out to make it a excel past the stock M3. Although I know it has great potential

6 Series verts just dont do it for me.
Coupe is sexy but otherwise. :/
Cayman is pretty pimp. :-)
I think the cayman is ugly as hell.. It looks like a boxster hard top with a bad rear thats half on steroids and half lypo suction gone horribly wrong.
6 series convert. is very nice for a woman.
M3 convert is also very nice..
But these cars are built for performance mostly, is that really what your mom wants/needs???

WTF?!?!?! John is gone? where did he go? what happened? he was easily the best one there... now the others are nice but John takes care of you like no one else ya know? that is so sad to hear that he is gone:(

Ryan, its going to be a while before she can test drive a new M3, you know that right? Atleast a year unless someone else wants to correct me.
EDIT: On Second thought, maybe it was late 2006? No, that couldn't be it. They haven't even shown it at an Auto show yet.

Thats probably what my mom was talking about, they had a black m3 vert at Reeves and my mom said she loved it lol..
My mom doesn't want an expensive car, she wanted a Carrera, but she goes on about not wanting something expensive and liking the M3. I told her I'd let her sell my truck along with hers, but she'd have to get the 997 TT in blue with yellow calipers :-) such a beauty

black always looks great for porsches, silver is too ordinary for me cause i always see silver porsches... but theres only a handful in my area anyways

Yeah I know. I go down there and my parents house in tampa doesnt have cable internet so i dont even bother trying to go online. I get a signal from my neighbors sometime:rofl:. wasnt there a thread with everyones contacts? that way i can meet up with you guys next time.

A new 997 has about a year wait list. Unless you wanna put out an extra 20,000+ for a someones spot on the list, or buy one with a few thousand miles on it for the price of a new one..
That's how bad it is for 997 TT's right now.
I was trying to convince my dad to get a white 997, with white calipers..
That'd be pimp. With 19inch Champion motorsport wheels, lowered, and the new tubi exhaust for porsches..
oh it sounds so incredible.. plus an extra 15hp..
