the North FL scene has been growing quite a bit here recently. we have a few members in Gainsville and a Few in Tallahassee and i do believe there are meets up north.

Jacksonville is sort of growing, I mean, the amount of people here, seem to be getting higher, but as for the people that actually attend the meet?, it's pretty steady. We're actually moving the meet to Fridays and this Friday is going to be the first one, haven't really decided on a spot yet, so if you would like to make a suggestion we are all ears. Here's a thread to our Jacksonville meets: http://www.floridagerman.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9933

Thanks Falcon. Will check the schedule and see what's going on for this Friday. Will check the link when I get to work later today. As far as a place to hold it.....that's a good one. I know they always run people off from the local parking lots....where have you normally been meeting?

CFBMW actually has a decent group up that way iirc. other than that i think falcon is the only one up that way

Thank for the info Rabid. Will look into that as well. Love the Carlin quote.

How hot? Does it just feel warm or is it too hot to even touch for more than 1 second?

I can touch it for at least 10 seconds...but it may just me overreacting to a new car...LOL..The thermostat is under 80...so I know it's cooling off...just wondering why it took so long is all.
