You can eliminate the 25 degrees of carrier rotation (side-to-side movement of the aluminum shifter carrier) with precision CNC'd Delrin Carrier Bushings. These precision machined bushings replace the original flimsy rubber bushing (which degrades over time) at the front of the aluminum carrier.

Round Bushing work with all '86-'04 BMWs except 328, 330, '95+ M3, '95+ M5 and 5-series, Z3, 8-series. Works with budget and aftermarket SSKs.
