hrmm i wonder what you can get for this i have almost the same one but its from bmw and say bmw on it but i no longer need it since i have a two car garage now.... i know they cost alot new i know mine was over 100

my parents are both real estate agents...... my dad said all the stuff u learn for the exam is worthless... everything you need really you learn on the job

Isn't real world experience always better then text book??

I don't know if i agree completely though, since HALF of the course is LAW, and you can only bend the law if you are a judge or attorney:rofl:

The real estate market in Florida is gonna crash, its too over priced, so many homes on the market, everyone trying to make a few dollars.. The time to sell has passed, you can see it happening all over South Florida. Nobody is buying, it's too expensive for a one bedroom.. We're a few steps behind NYC and california.. Tear downs going for a few million..Please....

very true a few decent crappy houses on the parrents street are being sold for 2+ million just to be torn down and have a new house built in its spot.. but where they live on the water its a mill just for the land....

it hasn't crashed... the bubble just stopped growing...

I have several large developments that are being value engineered and the programs downsized because the developers are seeing the glut of extra properties that aren't going to sell.

(I'm an Architect.)

But I do hope land prices drop to something affordable for a recent college grad... I wanna build my own house (something modest, 2 bed/2.5 bath with a decent sized garage)...

yeah i dont see it as a crash, it just kind of leveled off. I'd wait maybe a year or two then buy something. Then in 10 years it would be a good time to sell it. Bad for us because we built this huge house knowing it would appreciate so we could sell it, but we need to sell it before the market starts to dip again :(

theres an open lot 2 down from my house advertised as like 360K. rediculous. when we were in costa rica, a guy bought a mountain, over 100 acres, for i think 90 grand. and he can have it cleared off for 5 g's!
